母乳喂养咨询门诊咨询情况调查分析

摘要

目的 了解母乳喂养咨询门诊咨询者的基本情况及咨询的主要问题,针对性的提出改善对策.方法 回顾性分析本院母乳喂养咨询门诊就诊的563例咨询者人群分布及主要问题.结果 咨询者以产后23~56 d的产妇居多,咨询内容频率较高的是:母乳量不足,乳头皲裂疼痛,其他乳房问题.结论 产后23~56 d是母乳喂养问题较多发时段,主要问题为缺乏正确的喂养技能所导致的母乳喂养信心不足.%Objective To study the general status of consultants and their main problems in breast feeding outpatient counseling and find out corresponding improvement measures. Method Population distribution of 563 consultants from breast feeding outpatient counseling and their main problems were analyzed retrospectively. Result Consultants are mainly parturients 23~56 d after delivery. Poor amount of breast milk, chapped nipples pain and other breast problems are frequently asked. Conclusion Most problems appear in 23~56 d after delivery. The main problem is being unconfident in breast feeding caused by lack of correct feeding skills.
