深圳市盐田区614名“90后”外来劳务工应对方式的调查研究

             

摘要

目的:了解“90后”外来劳务工的应对方式,评估其心理状态,为在工厂企业开展心理卫生服务提供科学依据。方法于2013年3-6月,采用随机整群抽样法,选取深圳市盐田区6家大型工厂“90后”外来劳务工共计614名进行简易应对方式问卷调查。结果深圳市盐田区“90后”外来劳务工积极应对维度得分(1.85±0.44)分,高于常模均分;消极应对维度得分(1.14±0.52)分,低于常模均分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),积极应对因子中有159名属于异常状态,检出率为25.9%;消极应对因子中有238名属于异常状态,检出率为38.8%。文化程度为大专及以上“90后”外来劳务工积极应对因子得分高于初中及以下、高中或中专外来劳务工,男性消极应对因子得分高于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深圳市盐田区“90后”外来劳务工的应对方式处于较好的状态,但也有部分人员消极应对倾向明显、容易产生心理问题,需针对性干预。不同性别、学历的“90后”外来劳务工在应对方式上具有明显差异。%Objective To understand coping style of post 90s migrant workers and to assess their mental state, then to provide a scientific basis for mental health services in factories. Methods With random cluster sampling, the simple coping style questionnaire was applied to investigate 614 post 90s migrant workers in six factories in Yantian District from March to June 2013. Results The score of positive coping style of workers was 1.85±0.44, which was higher than the norm while that of negative coping style 1.14±0.52, which was lower than the norm (P<0.05); Abnormal rate of positive coping style accounted for 25.9% with 159 cases and that of negative coping style 38.8%, with 238 cases. Workers with more education scored higher in positive coping styleand male workers scored higher in negative coping style (P<0.05). Conclusion Generally, post 90s migrant workers have positive coping style but targeted intervention should be provided for those presenting negative coping style. Workers with different education background and different gender show significant difference in coping style.
