全膝关节置换术患者延续性护理需求量表的编制及信效度检验

摘要

Objective To establish a new scale for evaluating extending nursing demand of total knee replacement (TKA) patients. Methods Through literature review, semi-structured interview and expert consulting, item pool of the scale was established. Then items were screened by dispersion analysis, correlation coefficient analysis and discrimination analysis and then the initial scale was established. Finally, the survey was carried out among 78 TKA patients to test the reliability and validity of the new scale. Results The extending nursing demand scale of TKA patients consisted of 12 enclosed items, including function recovery and nursing, disease and health education, medicine and diet instruction. The content validity index of the new scale was 0.950, Guttman split-half reliability of the scale 0.820, and Cronbach ’s α 0.896. Conclusion The reliability and validity of the scale meet the requirements, and it represents the extending nursing demand of TKA patients.%目的：编制适用于评估全膝关节置换术患者延续性护理需求的调查工具。方法通过查阅相关文献、半结构化访谈及专家咨询法构建条目池，采用离散趋势法、相关系数法和区分度分析法对条目进行筛选，形成初始量表，对78例全膝关节置换术患者进行调查，评价量表的信度和效度。结果最终形成的全膝关节置换术患者延续性护理需求量表由12个封闭式条目构成，分为功能康复与护理、疾病知识与健康宣教、用药与饮食指导3个因子。量表的内容效度指数（content validity index，CVI）为0.950、Guttman分半系数为0.820、Cronbach’sα信度系数为0.896。结论该量表具有良好的信度和效度，能较好地反映全膝关节置换术患者延续性护理需求项目及需求程度。
