手术室低年资护士心理韧性调查与分析

         

摘要

目的 了解手术室低年资护士心理韧性状况及影响因素,为有效提高手术室低年资护士心理韧性提供依据.方法 采用心理韧性量表对80名手术室低年资护士进行问卷调查.结果 手术室低年资护士心理韧性总体水平较低,学历和工作年限是其影响因素.结论 针对手术室低年资护士心理韧性的影响因素制订干预措施,是稳定手术室护士队伍、提高工作适应性的有效方法.%Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of mental resilience of junior nurses in operating rooms, so as to improve their mental resilience. Method A total of 80 nurses were recruited and Connor Davidson Resilience Scale was employed. Results The mental resilience of junior nurses was in a poor level. Education and work experience were the main influencing factors. Conclusion Interventions based on the influencing factors of mental resilience can stable the team of nurses in operating rooms and is an effective way to improve the adaptability of nursing work.
