以西部贫困地区开发区为研究对象,对西部地区贫困的特点进行了分析,认为现阶段西部地区摆脱贫困的有 效措施是通过开发区的建设促进地方经济.在此基础上,对开发区建设的产业模式、空间模式和保障制度模式进行了研究.以甘肃省定西市开发区为例,研究了开发区的主导产业选择、产业协作、空间布局、保障措施等,认为西部贫困地区要摆脱贫困,应积极走农业产业化和发展新型工业带动经济发展的道路,通过建设开发区这种工业集聚发展的形式,快速有效地带动西部贫困地区的发展.%The article take the western poor area development zone as the object of study, the literature search, the induction summary and logic reasoning's method are used to analyse the western area's impoverished characteristic. It is obtained that in the present stage western area, the effective action is to promote the provincial economy through the development zone construction. Based on this, the article inrestigates the development zone construction's industrial pattern, spatial pattern and the system of safeguards pattern. Finally, the article takes Dingxi development zone as an example, through Dingxi's overall analysis, the leading industry choice, industrial cooperation, spatial arrangement and safeguard mechanism of Dingxi development zone are explored. For the western poor area, it should carry on the agricultural industrial production and develop new industry to stimulate the economic development of the development zone fastly and effectively.
