百合提取物中苯丙氨酸解氨酶的固定化研究

摘要

Based on MR-MVA resin immobilized carrier,on phenylalanine ammonia lyase immobilized on research,storage temperature,storage time,pH stability,light resistance were studied,the results showed that:the immobilized enzyme thermotolerance enhancement,save time increased,acid resistance was significantly enhanced,lightfastness enhancement.%以MR-MVA树脂为固定化载体,对苯丙氨酸解氨酶进行固定化研究,对保存温度、保存时间、pH稳定性、耐光性进行对比研究,结果表明：固定化酶耐热性增强,保存时间增加,耐酸性明显增强,耐光性增强.
