反胶束萃取植物血凝素前萃工艺研究

     

摘要

The extraction method for PHA was developed. Based on single factor test, orthogonal test design was applied to optimize the extraction technology of phytohaemagglutinin(PHA) from kidney bean. The results showed that AOT concentration was the main influencing factor, the time of extraction and the concentraction of Nacl were the second factors; The optimum conditions were as follows: AOT concentraction 0.05 g· mL-1, Nacl concentraction 0.10 mol· L-1, mixing extraction 5 min.%为了建立植物血凝素(PHA)的最佳反胶束萃取工艺;根据单因素考察结果,采用正交试验法对花菜豆中植物血凝素(PHA)的提取工艺进行研究.结果表明,琥珀酸二辛脂磺酸钠(AOT)浓度是主要影响因素,其次为萃取时间和NaCl浓度;最佳前萃取条件AOT浓度为0.05 g·mL-1,NaCl浓度为0.10mol·L-1,搅拌提取5min.说明反胶束提取PHA法可行.
