Objective:To investigate the levels and clinical significance of interleukin 9(IL-9),IL-17 and transforming growth factor beta1 (TGF-1 )in patients with diabetic nephropathy (DN).Methods:According to the ratio of micro-albuminuria to creatinine, 62 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM)were divided into the T2DM group (32cases)and DN group (30 cases),and the 30 healthy persons were set as the control group(NC group). The serum biochemistry markers and urine albumin levels in three groups were detected using routine biobemical methods. The levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TGF-1 in three groups were detected by the ELISA,the difference of which was analyzed. Results:The levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TGF-1 in DN group were significantly higher than those in T2DM and NC group(P <0.01 ).Conclusion:The levels of IL-9,IL-17 and TGF-1 in serum of type 2 diabetes patients with nephropa-thy increased, which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of diabetic nephropathy.%目的:探讨2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)肾病患者白细胞介素-9(IL-9)、IL-17和转化生长因子-1(TGF-1)水平的变化及其临床意义。
