医学院校附属医院影像专业住院医师规范化培训体会

摘要

The most important part of continuing education in medical imaging is residency training.To improve the quality of residency training,We did from five aspects.These are set up training system, ethics education、clinlic skills training、degree education、teaching and research ability education.%文章从制度、医德教育、医技教育、学位教育和科研教学能力教育五个方面着手浅谈了本院在医学影像专科住院医师规范化培训中的几点体会，提出了全面医学影像专业人才培养模式。
