目的：探讨颈动脉外膜交感神经网剥离术对脑瘫肌张力障碍类型患儿癫痫的影响。方法：对283例脑瘫肌张力障碍类型患儿实施颈动脉外膜交感神经网剥离术，观察患儿术后癫痫发作改变。结果：283例脑瘫肌张力障碍类型患儿中有92例并发癫痫，占此类患儿的32.5%。92例患儿经康复训练加正规药物治疗6月后，显效68例（74%），有效23例（25%），无效1例（1%），总有效率99%。结论：脑瘫合并癫痫的患儿用药物控制癫痫时，对患儿实施颈动脉外膜交感神经网剥离术，配合水疗、高压氧、言语等治疗，能较好地改善患儿手足徐动、流涎、语言障碍、上肢痉挛等症状，提高患儿生存质量。%Objective:Explore carotid dissection adventitia sympathetic network for children with cerebral palsy,epilepsy,dystonia type effects. Methods:283 cases of children with cerebral palsy,dystonia type of network implementation carotid artery dissection adventitia sympathetic to observe changes in children with cerebral palsy after seizures. Results:283 cases of children with cerebral palsy,dystonia type in 92 cases of cerebral palsy epilepsy,accounting for 32.5% of such children with cerebral palsy. 92 cases of patients after rehabilitation training plus regular drug treatment after 6 months,effective in 68 cases (74%),effective 23 cases (25%),ineffective 1 case (1%),total effective rate was 99%. Conclusion Cerebral palsy in children with epilepsy seizure control with medication,the right carotid artery in children with implementing network adventitia sympathetic dissection,coupled with hydrotherapy,hyperbaric oxygen,speech therapy,can better improve children athetosic,salivation ,language barriers,upper limb spasticity and other symptoms and improve the quality of life of children.
