高校女教师工作家庭冲突及影响因素——以甘肃省某高校为例

摘要

Work and family are the basic part of the modern life.The conflicts between work and family are inevitable in female university teachers’ life.The study first concerns about the three types of university teachers’ work family conflicts,and then the factors causing the conflicts.At last,some operative strategies are recommended to help female university teachers to cope with their life and work.%工作和家庭是现代人生活的两个基本领域。对于高校女教师来说,工作家庭发生冲突在所难免。研究首先分析了高校女教师工作家庭冲突的类型,其次归纳了造成高校女教师工作家庭冲突的因素,最后根据分析结果提出了一些可操作性的应对策略,希望高校女教师协调好自己的工作和家庭生活。
