高等学校毕业生就业性别歧视问题研究——基于某医学院校就业选择的调查报告

摘要

近年来，大学生就业问题屡次受到全社会的极大关注，大学生就业难尤其是女大学生就业难的问题成为众多专家学者经常讨论的话题之一，女性就业歧视一直以来是就业市场的顽疾。通过对某医学院校女大学生就业歧视的现状、原因、解决对策进行探讨，希望对传统观念、法律、女性自身素质等方面的改善，尽可能的改变女大学生就业歧视的不理想现象。%The present college Chinese teaching exists discipline nature is not clear, teachers team colour of individual character grumous,teaching idea and mode of traditional textbook pertinence is not strong, such problems, therefore teaching reform is imperative, according to the college Chinese teaching features ,teaching reform goal can be set to establish new - type teaching mode, constitute reticular teaching system, improve teaching methods,improve teaching ＂speed＂, cultivate students＂ quality. Such teaching reform has its own characteristics.
