PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate report creation by efficiently inputting information and prevent alteration or fabrication of a report.SOLUTION: A specific person investigation report creation method and a specific person investigation report creation system use a communication network 001 and a server to equalize the size of data captured therein, automatically align for each time sequence, reduce an operation time and create a report everywhere in a communication network environment. Advance information on an investigated person at the time of making a contract, and the like are associated with one another, so as to simplify repetitive input.
