“校企合一”——民办高等教育发展模式的新思考

Private education as a new thing, along with the pace of reform and opening, has gone through more than 30 years in China. With the growing social demand for education, the issues as how to run the schools with special characteristics and how to strive for survival and development in the competition have all become critical. Development of private higher education should follow the law of education, and be based on market rules and human resources needs as well. The school must keep close co-operation with the enterprises, and actively explore new mode of school-enterprise integration.%民办教育作为新生事物，伴随着改革开放的脚步，已经走过了三十余年．随着社会对教育需求的不断扩大，如何办出特色，在竞争中如何求生存、求发展，是所有民办高等院校需要解决的关键问题．民办高等教育的发展既要遵循教育规律，同时也要依托于市场规则和人才需要，必须与企业紧密合作，积极探索校企合一的新模式．
