The paper explores the structure of the core capabilities of outstanding electronics engineers and proposes the training path that includes opening of TRIZ innovation courses , introduction of a practice teaching mode typical of research-type study and project-driven approach and popularization of second classroom featuring scientific innovation.%本文探索卓越应用型电子工程师核心能力的构成,提出通过开设TRIZ创新课程,引入研究性学习、实施工程项目驱动的实践教学模式、推广“科创”第二课堂等方法,建立能切实改善和提高学生创新能力、应用能力和团队协作能力,符合区域电子产业对现代电子工程师人才需求的培养途径。
