PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service engineer dispatch support device 1 capable of properly dispatching a service engineer for maintenance or the like even when an administrator or the like of a monitoring target device 32 addresses a problem to some extent.;SOLUTION: When a predetermined abnormality occurs in the monitoring target device 32, the service engineer dispatch support device 1 notifies a customer-side management terminal 33 of a method of addressing the abnormality and checks whether or not a service engineer needs to be dispatched using the customer-side management terminal 33 depending on the method of addressing.
