教师教育专业化视阈下的院校组织变革

摘要

Teachers educational curriculum reform aims to professionalize the teachers education that requires the transformation of organizations in universities, a gameplaying process of different interest groups. However, the organizations of specialized teacher educational institutions lag behind due to its historical development. This paper maintains that constructing a teacher education college or department positioned in the curricular innovation is an important path to achieve the professionalization of teachers’ education.%教师教育课程改革为教师教育专业化提供了重要契机，同时也向承担教师教育任务的高等院校提出了推进组织变革以实现教师教育课程改革目标的要求。但是，院校组织变革过程受到历史发展路径的约束，也体现为各利益主体之间的多重博弈，因而教师教育专门机构的建设严重滞后。加强以教师教育课程改革为导向的教师教育学院（处）建设是教师教育专业化的重要路径。
