高师德育工作与未来小学教师诗意形象的塑造具有辨证统一的关系，它规定着高师学生作为未来小学教师的发展方向，推动着高师学生素养全面而和谐的发展。可以采取：以形健德，传承文明，自主地扛起肩上责任；以德护心，守护心灵，自信地锻造积极人格；以德驭形，高雅举止，自觉地修饰仪容仪表。%Moral education in normal universities, dialectically vital to shaping the poetic image of would-be primary school teachers, determines students’ comprehensive development of literacy and morality. This article thus probes into the main strategies as follows: Shape the image of moral perfection to inherit the Chinese civilization and shoulder the responsibility; confidently forge positive personality by nurturing virtue of heart and soul, and establish the poetic image in elegant manners.
