高校法学教育与法律职业之间关系的协调与否深刻影响着依法治国的进程。从历史看，国家统一司法考试制度对高校的法学教育发挥着桥梁、导向和检验功能。从现实看，高校法学教育与法律职业之间仍然存在一定程度的脱节，究其原因，既有法学教育自身的问题，也有司法考试制度的缺陷。未来应以国家统一法律职业资格考试制度的实施为契机，从推进高校法学教育改革和完善法律职业资格考试制度两个方面着力，促进法学教育与法律职业相互衔接、彼此互动，进而为法治中国建设奠定坚实的人才基础。%Coordination of the relationship between college legal education and legal profession profoundly affects the process of governing the country according to law. Looking from history national judicial examination plays a bridge, guidance and inspection role in college legal education. Actually there is still disconnect between college legal education and legal profession to some extent. The reason lies in problem of legal education and defects of system of judicial test. In the future we should both promote the reform of college legal education and perfect the system of legal professional qualification examination. Connecting and interacting between legal education and legal profession base on the examination of national legal professional qualification in order to lay a solid talent base for construction of the “China governed by law”.
