优秀传统文化注重道德的完善和人格的提升，彰显了以爱国主义为核心的民族精神和以改革创新为核心的时代精神。高校要保证办学质量，必须拥有一支高索质的管理团队，因此，在高校管理者中倡导和学习传统文化．充分发挥优秀传统文化的积极作用，对提升高校管理队伍素质，树立正确的道德观、价值观，强化责任意识和创新意识具有十分重要的意义。%The innovation mechanism of combining enterprises,universities and governments in Japan had developed for several decades and accumulated rich successful experiences.
