A mold with four cavity using balanced runner and submarine feed gate was determined by analyzing the structural characteristics of the case for the relay and the molding process of the used material. Then the gating system, ejection equipment, oblique guide rod side pulling equipment, core and the combination inserts of mold cavity were designed using the optimum process parameters obtained by the process analysis in Moldflow software.%分析了继电器壳的结构特点以及所用材料的成型工艺,确定了模具采用一模四腔,平衡式分流道,潜伏式浇口。通过Moldflow分析确定出最佳的工艺参数,从而完成该模具的浇注系统,推出机构,斜导杆侧抽芯机构,型芯、型腔组合镶块等成型零件的设计。
