复方丹参滴丸对自发性高血压大鼠血小板CD62 p和CD63表达的影响

Objective To observe the effects of composite salvia dropping pill on CD62p and CD63 expression in platelets of spontaneously hypertensive rats. Methods Eighty male spontaneously hypertensive rats were divided into 4 groups:composite salvia dropping pill and aspirin group (n=20)、composite salvia dropping pill group (n=20)、aspirin group (n=20)and control group (n=20). All groups received treat-ment for 4 weeks. Flow cytometric analysis was applied to detect the levels of CD62p at 1 2th week. Results The levels of CD62p and CD63 in composite salvia dropping pill group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05)at the 1 2th weekend. The two indexs in the composite salvia dropping pill and aspi-rin group were obviously lower than those in the aspirin group and the composite salvia dropping pill group (P<0.05). Conclusion Composite salvia dropping pill obviously reduces the levels of CD62p and CD63 in platelets,and the effect of composite salvia dropping pill combined with aspirin is obviously improved.%目的：观察复方丹参滴丸对自发性高血压大鼠（SHR）血小板CD62p和CD63表达的影响。方法按所给药物不同，将80只SHR随机分为复方丹参滴丸加阿司匹林组、复方丹参滴丸组、阿司匹林组和生理盐水对照组各20只，各组持续给药4周，于实验12周末采用流式细胞仪检测治疗后SHR血小板CD62p和CD63的表达水平，并对各组结果进行比较。结果第12周末复方丹参滴丸组血小板CD62p、CD63表达水平低于对照组（P＜0.05），复方丹参滴丸加阿司匹林组CD62p、CD63表达水平较阿司匹林组或复方丹参滴丸组低（P＜0.05）。结论复方丹参滴丸具有抑制血小板CD62p、CD63表达的作用，复方丹参滴丸与阿司匹林合用治疗效果更显著。
