地方高校硕士研究生招生现状与对策--以L大学2006-2015年研究生招生情况为例

摘要

结合 L 大学的研究生招生现状，系统地阐述了地方高校研究生招生面临的共同问题，详细分析了影响研究生招生的主要原因，提出“人性化”研究生复试国家标准、下放推免权、提高整体实力、全方位宣传、发挥自身优势、出台优惠政策、提高毕业生就业质量等具体建议策略，以期达到提高研究生质量的目标。%According to the L university’s current situation of graduate enrollment,this paper has systematically ex-plained the universal problems facing the local universities’graduate enrollment.And it has analyzed in detail the main reasons influencing such enrollment.Accordingly,it has made some suggestions,such as the humanized national standards for the re-examination,transferring the power of recommending the graduates free of examination,increasing the overall strength,com-prehensive propaganda,full play of their own advantages,making the preferential policies and improving the quality of gradu-ates’employment,hoping to achieve the purpose of increasing the quality of postgraduates.
