柴油机缸盖冷却水腔内沸腾传热研究

     

摘要

基于Chen模型和BDL模型研究了柴油机模拟冷却水腔内的沸腾传热,并与试验结果进行了对比分析,验证了模型的适用性。将此模型应用于实际柴油机缸盖及冷却水套内的耦合传热计算,同时对考虑与不考虑沸腾时的计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:沸腾传热可以提高冷却水套的传热效率,并降低局部高温区域的温度及柴油机气缸盖内的温度梯度;在考虑沸腾时,仿真计算结果与试验结果的误差更小;BDL模型比Chen模型计算精度更高。%Based on the Chen model and BDL model , this paper makes a study of the boiling heat transfer of simulated cooling water jacket of diesel engine and compares it with the testing result to confirm the applicability of the model .T he model is used for calculating the real coupled heat transfer of cylinder head and water jacket and also for contrasting the calculated results obtained at the time of boiling and at the time of ignoring the boiling .The result shows that boiling heat transfer can improve the heat transfer efficiency of cooling water jacket ,reduce the temperature of the local high tempera‐ture area ,lower the temperature gradient of the cylinder head and that considering boiling ,the error between the testing value and simulating value becomes less ,and the calculated precision of BDL model is higher than that of Chen model .
