Based on received results and with the internal model principle, the authors discuss the controller design problem for MIMO satisfying asymptotic tracking and static decoupling performance of simultaneous stabilization.%在以往结果基础上，利用内模原理，解决了MIMO系统同时镇定渐进跟踪向量值阶跃参考信号及其静态解耦问题。
