大学中层领导管理干部胜任力模型研究

     

摘要

大学中层领导管理干部需要具备六种核心胜任力。即:应变力、执行力、组织精神、领导力、管理力和协调力。其中应变力、执行力和组织精神等三种核心胜任力,可以作为大学院系和行政机关的中层领导管理干部共有的通用性质的胜任力特征来看待。领导力、管理力和协调力等三种核心胜任力,可以作为大学院系领导干部特有的个性性质的胜任力特征看待。%This study reveals six core competencies of college/department-level leaders and middle-level administrative officers in higher education institutions, including adaptability, executive power, organizational spirit, leadership, management capacity, and coordination capacity. Among these core competencies, adaptability, executive power, and organizational spirit are found to be the common competencies of both college/department-level leaders and middle-level administrative officers. Leadership, management capacity, and coordination capacity are found to be the specific competency requirements for college/department-level leaders.
