The furthering of teaching in China's higher education also makes it imperative that we take advantage of the internet for collecting and spreading information. College students' quality education on the internet should emphasize the scientific system and good contents, the concerted efforts and interactions of teachers and students, an effective system of evaluation, with the teacher as the center and the students as the majority of participants. Experience shows that quality education of college students on the internet is an good means to explore new concepts of quality education, to build the hierarchical “one school, multi station” network, to maintain the integration of traditional methods and the new technology, and can constantly promote quality education so as to keep pace with the times.
