大学生和谐人格构建的德育思考

摘要

目前我国正处于贯彻落实科学发展观和构建和谐社会的重要进程中,大学生作为青年一代的杰出代表,其行为和心理状态体现出了一个国家和民族的发展前途。具有和谐人格的大学生能够在社会主义现代化建设过程中发挥重要的作用。目前构建大学生和谐人格面临诸多问题,必须从各种环境、各个方面进行不断地努力,特别是德育方面的教育培养,来构建大学生的和谐人格。%At present,China is en route to implementing the Scientific Outlook on Development and building a harmonious socialist society.As outstanding representatives of the youth,the mentality,behavior and conduct of college students to some extent mirror and determine China＇s future prospects of development.Therefore,the cultivation of wholesome students with harmonious personality is of vital importance to the socialist modernization of China.In light of the problems with the cultivation of harmonious personality in college students,constant efforts must be made in every aspect of talent cultivation,especially in edifying education politically,ideologically and morally.
