幼儿健康教育师资培养探讨--兼论转型背景下地方高师院校体育教育专业改革的可行路径

             

摘要

在学前教育普及发展背景下,幼儿园教师缺口巨大,幼儿健康教育师资则是近些年幼儿园师资需求新的热点。地方高师院校体育教育专业发展困难,培养适应经济社会发展需求和行业职业需要的人才,是其应对高校转型发展、焕发发展生机的路径所在。笔者从理论和政策层面、实践层面阐述了高师体育教育专业培养幼儿健康教育师资的可行性,继之主要从人才培养目标与要求、课程设置来设计人才培养方案,最后,通过宏观的转型发展顶层制度设计、中观的协同培养制度和微观的实践教学制度建设,探讨了体育教育专业培养幼儿健康教育师资的制度保障。%Under the background of preschool education popularization , the demand of kindergarten teachers be-comes large and young children health education teachers is a new hotspot .However , it is difficult to develop for sports education specialty in local normal universities .Therefore , cultivating the talents who can meet the needs of economic and social development and of vocations is a response to the transformation and development and a feasible path of coming back to life .The article elaborates the feasibility of cultivating children ’ s health educa-tion teachers in local normal universities from the management level , the policy level and practical level .After-wards, the talent training scheme is designed considering the goal of talent training , talent training requirements and curriculum.Finally, the guarantee system of cultivating children ’s health education teachers in sports edu-cation specialty is discussed from the macroscopic system of the transformation of the development of the top de -sign, the concept of collaborative training system and the microscopic construction of practice teaching system .
