Nanyang Polytechnic in Singapore assimilates Germany's binary education concept and develops "teaching factory" models. On the basis of the summary of the worthwhile experiences of "teaching factory" models and the practical teaching of higher vocational colleges in China;the article suggests that China's vocational education draw on "teaching factory" concept and improve work-study combination level through teachers training, practical bases construction, curriculum system reform and college-enterprise cooperation, etc.%新加坡南洋理工学院吸收德国“二元制”教育理念,创立“教学工厂”模式。在总结“教学工厂”教学模式有益经验的基础上,结合中国高职院校的教学实际,提出中国高职教育可从师资队伍培训、实训基地建设、课程体系改革、校企合作等方面借鉴“教学工厂”理念,提高工学结合水平。
