“双导师”制度在高职学前教育专业的应用

     

摘要

高职院校人才培养要注重实践操作能力的提高,在学前教育专业实施“双导师”制度可以有效增强学生教育理论和教育实践相结合的能力。参与主体要明确“双导师”制度的内涵以及其在人才培养中的作用,借鉴学前教育实践基地的优质教育资源,修订学前教育专业培养方案,明确“双导师”制度中高职院校教师与幼儿园实践指导教师的责任和权利,合理设置“双导师”教育的培养目标,共同构建起高职学前教育专业新的人才培养模式。%Talent cultivation in vocational college calls for emphasis on improvement of practical operation ability. Implementation of “ double supervisor”system in pre-school education program can effectively en-hance students' ability of combining education theory with education practice. The principal participants are expected to understand the connotaion of “ double supervisor”system and its role in talent cultivation. Use is made of the quality education resources for reference from pre-school education practice bases to revise pre-school education talent cultivation program , explicitly understand the responsibilities and rights of the supervisors in vocational colleges and practical supervisors from the kindergartens , reasonably design the training objective for“ double supervisor”education so as to make joint efforts on development of brand-new talent cultivation model for pre-school education program in vocational colleges.
