目的 探讨胸痹常见诱因及其与冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果的关系,为胸痹的预防及治疗提供客观依据.方法 对确诊为胸痹且行冠状动脉造影的844例患者进行回顾性调查,观察胸痹患者各诱因发生频数,并分析前5位诱因与CAG结果的关系.结果 胸痹患者诱因发生频数前5位依次为年龄、劳倦、饮食、情志、季节.其中年龄与CAG结果有相关性,随着年龄增长,80岁前胸痹患者CAG阳性者构成比呈逐渐上升趋势,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);情志与CAG结果有相关性,有情志影响者CAG阳性者构成比较无情志影响者高,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);季节与CAG结果有相关性,冬季发病的胸痹患者CAG阳性者构成比较非冬季发病者为高,且差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 年龄、情志、寒冷是导致胸痹患者CAG阳性的重要诱因.%OBJECTIVE To investigate the correlation between the results obtained by Coronary Angiography (CAG) and the triggers of thoracic obstruction to provide an objective basis for the prevention and treatment of this disease. METHODS Through a retrospective study of 844 patients who received CAG and were diagnosed thoracic obstruction, observing the frequencies of various triggers to thoracic obstruction, we statistically investigated the correlation between the results of CAG and the top 5 precipitating triggers of thoracic obstruction. RESULTS It is found that the top 5 precipitating factors are age, fatigue, diet, emotional stress and climate. The study found statistically significant relationship between CAG results and various factors affecting the onset of thoracic obstruction. Several main factors were found to influence the CAG results including that the proportion of CAG-positive is higher among patients susceptible to emotional stress than those who are not, showing significant difference (P<0.05). With the age's increasing, the proportion of CAG-positive is also increasing before 80 years old. Thoracic obstruction patients from different age groups had different proportions of CAG-positive with a significant difference (P<0.05).The proportion of CAG-positive for thoracic obstruction is higher during the winter than in other seasons which demonstrated a statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Statistically, we found that emotional stress, age and climate are important triggers of CAG-positive of patients with thoracic obstruction.
