Universities shoulder a dutiful responsibility to actively serve the national civil-military integration strategy and to train integrated military-civil talents in the new era. It is obligatory to reform talent cultivation in the electronic information field against this civil-military integration, so as to promote national defense modernization and coordinated economic community development. So far as current problems in integrated civil-military education are concerned, universities should optimize top-level talent training designs, better curriculum systems, co-ordinate civil-military resources and expand training channels.
