外军留学生中国军事文化教育的研究与思考

摘要

我军承担培养外军留学生是维护世界和平发挥正能量的积极举措，功在当代，利在千秋。在外军留学生中开展中国军事文化教育是一项十分重要的工作，帮助外军留学生客观全面地了解中国国情是实施中国军事文化教育的前提条件。传播中国军事文化，实现外军留学生来华求学目的和我军外训培养目标是相互统一，不可分割，互利共赢的。%The training of international military students by People’ s Liberation Army of China ( CPLA) is a positive measure for world peace maintenance, which benefits both current and future generations.It is an important task to carry out Chinese mili-tary culture education to international military students, the precondition of which is to help international military students learn a-bout China’ s actual conditions comprehensively and objectively.It is thus a united, inseparable and mutually beneficial commit-ment to spread Chinese military culture, to fulfill their educational purposes and to achieve CPLA’ s aim of international military training.
