关于“00后”体育后备人才的教育管理研究

The quality of a country of sports talent reserve determines its ability to maintain the sustainable develop-ment of competitive sports. Many team managers have been discussed how to strengthen the educational manage-ment of the sports reserve talent. This paper researched the “after 00”athletes Characteristics,questions of educa-tional management and the suggestions.%一个国家体育后备人才的培养质量好坏，是保持竞技体育可持续发展的基础，采取何种措施加强对体育后备人才的教育管理是许多运动队管理者一直以来研究的热点。当今的“00后”小运动员承担着中国竞技体育的未来，当下对“00后”运动员的科学教育管理就显得尤为重要。依据“00后”运动员的特点、探索了现有的运动员管理中存在的问题，并提出了相应的建议。
