素质扩展是创新创业成功的基石——以宁波职业技术学院为例

摘要

The low employment rate in China has forced colleges to pay more attention to innovation and entrepre-neurship education.The increasingly internationalized and digitalized environment has put forward new requirements for the quality of innovative and entrepreneurial talents.However,due to the short history and little experience of the innovation and entrepreneurship education in China's colleges and universities,there are still obvious deficiencies in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial ability of the college students.This paper takes the successful ex-perience of Ningbo Polytechnic as a case to confirm that quality development is an important practice for innovation and entrepreneurship education.To be more specific,there are three aspects to promote innovation and entrepreneur-ship education,namely,constructing the campus culture,building the curriculum system and creating the social practice platform which combines production,research and education.%我国严峻的就业形势迫使高校提高对创新创业教育的重视,日益国际化、数字化的环境又对创新创业人才的素质提出了新的要求.然而由于我国高校的创新创业教育开展历史短、经验少,高校学生的创新创业能力还存在明显不足.文章以宁波职业技术学院的成功经验为切入点,提出素质拓展作为创新创业教育的有力抓手,并具体提出以校园文化建设、课程体系构建和"产学研结合"的社会实践平台三个方面促进创新创业教育.
