摘要

国内有关社会工作者的研究都是从管理学、社会学的角度而没有运用心理学思路和研究方法从社会工作者心理的角度去寻求解决对策。文章主要探讨了社会工作者职业心理素质的概念、研究意义、研究目的及培养目标。%The domestic research on social workers are from the management science, sociology and psychology, not using the ideas and methods from social workers psychological angle to seek solutions. This article mainly discusses the concept, research significance, research purpose and objectives of occupation psychological quality of social workers.
