襄麦冬不同极性部位粗提物抗氧化性能初步评价

             

摘要

The antioxidant activity in vitro of extracts using distilled water, methanol, ethanol, petroleum e-ther, ethyl acetate and chloroform from Liriope spicata Var. Prolifera were evaluated by the α-deoxyribose method, pyrogallol autoxidation method, potassium ferricyanide reduction method and anti lipid peroxidation experiments in the current work. The results showed that all the extracts from L. Spicata Var. Prolifera diversely demonstrated antioxidant activities, and the positive correlations were obtained between the antioxidant activities and its concentration.%以蒸馏水、甲醇、无水乙醇、石油醚、乙酸乙酯、三氯甲烷等为溶剂,对襄麦冬块根进行提取,分别采用α-脱氧核糖法、邻苯三酚自氧化法、铁氰化钾还原法、抗脂质过氧化试验等方法,测定襄麦冬各种粗提物的羟基自由基、超氧阴离子自由基清除性能、还原能力及其抗脂质过氧化作用.结果表明:襄麦冬块根不同极性部位粗提物均具有一定抗氧化性,在试验质量浓度范围内呈明显量效关系.
