CD44V6和PCNA在大肠癌粘液性癌和非粘液性癌中的表达及意义

摘要

Objective To study significance of CD44V6 and PCNA as neoplasm aggression for mucoid carcinoma(MC) in colorectal carcinoma(CRC). Methods The protein expression of CD44V6 and PCNA in 65 cases of CRC was examined with immunohistochemical staining. Results In 65 cases of CRC, the positive rate cf CD44V6 in MC was much lower than that in non-mucoid carcinoma(NMC) (P＜0.05) and high expression frequency of PCNA in MC was also much lower than that in NMC(P＜0.05). Conclusion In CRC, especially in mucoid caroinoma, CD44V6 and PCNA are one of many factors of neoplasm aggression.%目的探讨CD44V6和PCNA所揭示的大肠癌癌细胞的转移能力和增殖能力在粘液性癌的肿瘤侵袭力中所占的地位。方法应用免疫组化SABC法研究65例大肠癌中CD44V6和PCNA的表达。结果 CD44V6在粘液性癌中的阳性表达率低于非粘液性癌(P＜0.05)；PCNA在粘液性癌中的高表达率低于非粘液性癌(P＜0.05)。结论 CD44V6和PCNA所揭示的大肠癌癌细胞的转移能力和增殖能力仅是肿瘤侵袭力的因素之一，尤其是在粘液性癌中。
