涎腺腺样囊性癌中p53与P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ的表达及意义

         

摘要

Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of p53, P-glycoprotein, GST-irand Topoll expression in SACC(salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma). Methods; The expression of p53, P-glycoprotein, GST-irand Topoll in 34 cases of SACC and 12 cases of normal salivary glands was detected immuohistochemicaUy by SP method. Results: p53, P-glycoprotein, GST -irand Topoll expression was found in both SACC and normal salivary glands. The positive rate of p53, P -glycoprotein,GST-irand Topoll in SACC were 58. 8% (20/34), 85. 3% (29/ 34), 88.2% (30/34) and 17.6% (6/34). The positive rate of p53 expression in recurrent tumor group was higher than in initial tumor group ( P < 0. 05). The expression level of p53 had significant relation with clinical stage of SACC(P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between the expression level of p53 and the expression level of P-glycoprotein( P < 0.01 ) . The expression levels of GST-irwas related with the pathology types of SACC ( P < 0.05). Conclusion; p53, P-glycoprotein, GST-irand Topoll play an important role in the mullidrug resistance in SACC. p53 , P-glycoprotein, GST-nand Topoll detection may be helpful to chemotherapy and should also be considered as a significant indicator of prognosis in SACC.%目的:探讨抑癌基因p53与多药耐药基因P-gp、GST-π、TopoⅡ在涎腺腺样囊性癌的表达及意义.方法:应用免疫组织化学技术(SP法)检测p53、P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ在34例涎腺腺样囊性癌及12例正常涎腺组织中的表达.结果:p53、P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ在涎腺腺样囊性癌及正常涎腺组织中均有不同程度表达.涎腺腺样囊性癌组织中p53、P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ表达阳性率分别为58.8% (20/34)、85.3%( 29/34)、88.2%(30/34)和17.6%(6/34).复发组涎腺腺样囊性癌p53的阳性表达明显高于初发组(P<0.05).p53的阳性表达与肿瘤的临床分期有关(P<0.05),并且与P-gp的阳性表达呈明显正相关(P<0.01).GST-π的阳性表达与肿瘤的病理类型有关(P<0.05).结论:p53、P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ可能参与涎腺腺样囊性癌的耐药过程.检测p53、P-gp、GST-π和TopoⅡ可为临床拟定化疗方案提供依据,也可作为判断涎腺腺样囊性癌预后的参考.
