乳腺癌组织中乳腺癌缺失基因1的表达研究进展

摘要

DBC1 gene is closely related to breast cancer.In order to reveal the role of DBC1 in breast cancer,the first step is to understand the molecular mechanism of DBC1 gene and its relationship between diseases and breast cancer.It will be significantly benefit to the prevention and the new target treatment of breast cancer.We review its molecular mechanism and the expression feature in breast cancer.%DBC1基因与乳腺癌密切相关.了解DBC1的分子机制及其与疾病的关系,深入探讨DBC1与乳腺癌的关系,揭示其在乳腺癌发生发展中的作用,对于相关乳腺癌的病因预防和治疗新靶点的探索有很重要的意义.本文针对国内外关于该基因的研究进行综述,了解其分子机制及在乳腺癌中的表达.
