YAP 在黑素瘤和痣细胞痣中的表达及意义

Objective:To investigate the expression of YAP in skin melanoma and nevocytic nevus.Methods:Im-munohistochemistry was carried out to examine the expression of YAP in tissue specimens from the lesions of 28 pa-tients with nevocytic nevus and 32 patients with melanoma,as well as from the skin of 20 normal human controls.Re-sults:In normal skin tissues,YAP was weakly expressed in the basal layer of the epidermis,and the positive rate was 25.00% in the whole epidermis.In nevocytic nevus,YAP was expressed in some of the nevus cells near the epidermis and the positive rate was 32.14%.In melanoma,YAP was highly expressed in almost all tumor cells and in the whole epidermis the positive rate was 93.75%.The expression of YAP in melanoma was significantly higher than that of nor-mal skin and nevocytic nevus (P <0.001).While in nevocytic nevus it had no significant difference with normal skin tissues (P >0.05).Conclusion:YAP may be involved in the occurrence and development of melanoma and nevocytic nevus.%目的：研究 YAP 在皮肤黑素瘤及痣细胞痣中的表达变化情况。方法：采用免疫组化方法检测20例正常皮肤组织、28例痣细胞痣和32例黑素瘤皮损中 YAP 的表达。结果：在正常皮肤组织中，YAP 弱表达于表皮基底层，在表皮全层所占阳性率为25．00％。在痣细胞痣中，YAP 表达于靠近表皮的部分痣细胞中，阳性率为32．14％。在黑素瘤中，可见 YAP 高表达于几乎所有的瘤细胞中，阳性率为93．75％。YAP 在黑素瘤中的表达显著高于正常皮肤组织和痣细胞痣（P ＜0．001）。而在痣细胞痣中的表达与正常皮肤组织无显著差异（P ＞0．05）。结论：YAP 可能参与黑素瘤和痣细胞痣的发生和发展。
