血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性

摘要

Objective:To investigate the expression of VEGF in non -small cell lung cancer and its correlation with pathological characteristics.Methods:All 72 cases of lung cancer tissues 72 cases of lung cancer adjacent tissues and 30 cases of benign lesions were detected by immunohistochemistry.The expression of VEGF was detected by im-munohistochemistry.The correlation between VEGF expression and clinical pathological features and prognosis were compared.Results:The positive expression rate of VEGF in non -small cell lung cancer tissues was 73.61%, 45.83% in the adjacent tissues,and 26.67% in benign lesions,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). VEGF expression was associated with pathological type,lymph node metastasis,TNMstage,tumor size and differentia-tion degree in non -small cell lung cancer(P <0.05).VEGF positive expression and VEGF negative expression in the survival of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:VEGF protein is highly ex-pressed in non -small cell lung cancer tissues,and its expression is closely related to the occurrence and development of tumor.The prognosis of patients with VEGF protein expression is worse,which can be used as a reference index for the prognosis of patients with non -small cell lung cancer.%目的：探讨血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的相关性。方法：在我院手术切除的肺癌活体组织标本72例、癌旁组织标本72例以及良性病变肺组织标本30例。采用免疫组织化学的方法检测上述各组患者 VEGF 的表达情况，并比较 VEGF 表达与非小细胞肺癌患者临床病理特征及预后的相关性。结果：非小细胞肺癌组织中 VEGF 阳性表达率为73．61％，癌旁组织中 VEGF 阳性表达率为45．83％，良性病变肺组织中 VEGF 阳性表达率为26．67％，三组 VEGF 阳性表达率比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。在非小细胞肺癌组织当中，VEGF 表达情况与患者病理分型、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、肿瘤大小、分化程度均有关（P ＜0．05）。VEGF 阳性表达与 VEGF 阴性表达患者其生存情况比较，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论：VEGF 蛋白在非小细胞肺癌组织当中呈高表达，其表达情况与肿瘤的发生以及发展过程密切相关。VEGF 蛋白表达阳性患者其预后更差，可作为判断非小细胞肺癌患者预后的一个参考指标。
