VEGF及微血管密度在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及VEGF与临床病理特征的关系

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and mi-crovessel density (MVD) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and relationship of VEGF with clinicopathological fea-tures. Methods Cancer tissue and adjacent tissue samples were collected from sixty patients with NSCLC from Janu-ary 2015 to December 2016 in the Department of Thoracic Surgery in our hospital, and specimens from 50 cases of be-nign lung lesions (confirmed pathologically after operation) were selected as the control group. The positive expression rate of VEGF and MVD levels were compared among different tissues, and the relationships of VEGF expression with clinicopathological features were analyzed. Results The positive expression rate of VEGF in lung cancer tissue was 73.33%, significantly higher than 45.00%in the adjacent tissues and 14.00%in the control group (P<0.05). The MVD level of lung cancer tissue was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues and that in the control group (P<0.05). The positive expression rates of VEGF in patients with lymph node metastasis, TNM stageⅢ, middle and low dif-ferentiation were significantly higher than those in patients with no lymph node metastasis, TNM stageⅠ-Ⅱ, high dif-ferentiation (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF was not related with gender, age, smoking, pathological type, tumor size (P>0.05). Conclusion VEGF and MVD are highly expressed in NSCLC tissues, which play important roles in the de-velopment and metastasis of NSCLC.%目的 探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及微血管密度(MVD)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及VEGF与临床病理特征的关系.方法 选择2015年1月至2016年12月期间开平市中心医院胸外科收治的60例NSCLC患者的癌组织及癌旁组织进行研究,同时选择50例肺良性病变组织标本(术后病理证实)纳入对照组.比较不同组织的VEGF的阳性表达率及MVD表达情况,并且对VEGF阳性表达与临床病理特征的关系进行分析.结果 肺癌组织VEGF阳性表达率为73.33%,明显高于癌旁组织的45.00%,且高于对照组的14.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌组织MVD明显高于癌旁组织,且高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF阳性表达率在有淋巴结转移者、TNM分期为Ⅲ期者、中低分化者明显高于无淋巴结转移、TNM分期为Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者、分化程度高者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);VEGF表达与性别、年龄、是否吸烟、病理分型、肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05).结论 VEGF及MVD在NSCLC组织中均高表达,其在NSCLC的发生发展及转移过程中起着重要作用.
