长链非编码RNA H19在妇科肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要

随着研究进展,长链非编码RNAs在疾病中的作用越来越受到重视,成为最新研究热点.其中H19是第一个被发现与癌症密切相关的lncRNA,在胚胎时期高表达,出生后表达减退,而在肿瘤中又重新出现,并积极参与到肿瘤发生发展的各个环节.尽管越来越多的证据支持H19是重要的癌基因之一,但其在肿瘤中的作用一直存在争议.本文综述H19在常见妇科肿瘤领域的研究进展,为妇科常见肿瘤的诊断、治疗及预后评估提供新的依据和方向.%With the development of the research,long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs)have been attentioned in many diseases,and become a new hotspot.The lncRNA H19 is the first discovered imprinted gene which closely associated with cancer,with high expression in embryonic period,decline after the birth,but appear again in some tumors,and actively participate in everypoint of the occurrence and development of tumor.Despite the growing evidence have sported that H19 is one of the important oncogenes,but its role in cancer has been controversial.We will review the research progress of H19 in the field of common gynecological tumors,which will provide a new direction and basis for the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of gynecologic tumors.
