早期老年痴呆患者健康教育需求调查及护理干预

摘要

目的：了解早期老年痴呆患者健康教育需求，探讨护理对策。方法运用自行设计的问卷调查表，对100例经过筛选的早期老年痴呆患者的疾病相关健康教育需求进行调查。结果85.0%患者否认自己患有老年痴呆；93.0%患者希望下次就诊时对自己的认知功能进行再评估；100.0%患者希望医护人员能给予个性化的健康指导；98.0%患者希望提供纸质健康教育资料；64.0%患者及家属希望通过观看录像来进行健康教育；48.0%患者的家属提出利用QQ网络平台进行健康咨询和指导；89.0%的患者及家属希望医护人员能进行电话随访，69.0%的患者及家属希望医护人员能进行家访；78.0%患者希望医护人员能接受患者的电话咨询。结论对早期老年痴呆患者的疾病相关知识健康教育应积极干预。%Objective Understanding health education demand of early Alzheimer′s patients and then explore the nurs-ing countermeasures. Methods Made an survey on relevant health education needs of 100 screened patients with early Alzheimer′s disease with the self-designed questionnaire. Results The 85.0%patients denied with aged dementia;93.0%pa-tients were urgent to accept another assessment to their cognitive functions at the next visit;100.0%patient wanted to obtain indi-vidual guide in health;98.0%expected to have some relevant paper health education materials;64.0%and their families wanted to accept health education by video;the families of 48.0% patients proposed to conduct health consultation and guidance with QQ,etc network platform;89.0%patients and their families expected the doctors and nurses can follow up by telephone;69.0%patients and their families hoped the doctors and nurses can make home visits;78.0%patients hoped the doctors and nurses can accept the telephone consultation. Conclusion A positive intervening in health education of patients with early Alzheimer′s dis-ease about should be carried out.
