Objective To investigate whether androgen receptor (AR) affects the influence of Bicalutamide to PSA in prostate cancer(PCa) and the related clinical significance. Methods The expression of AR protein in LNcap and PC-3 cells was determined by Western blot;the two types of cells were treated with Bicalutamide for 24,48,60,72 hours,and then the level of PSA was detected by Western blot. The expression of AR in 50 cases of PCa treated with Bicalutamide diagnosed by puncture, was detected by immunohistochemistry, and then follow up the curative effect of endocrinotherapy.
