军队院校任职教育教员队伍建设探析

From the view of military professional education faculty team building, the status and problems of faculty team building at present are analyzed deeply. On the basis of requirement analyzing of education reformation to military profes- sional education faculty, the concrete meatures of strengthening faculty team are proposed, and that could provide references to professional education faculty team building of military academies.%从军队院校任职教育教员队伍建设的角度，系统剖析当前教员队伍建设现状及存在问题，在分析军队院校教育转型对任职教育教员需求的基础上，提出加强教员队伍建设的具体措施，为军队院校做好任职教育教员队伍建设提供了参考。
