第三方物流货损货差问题探究--以四川Y物流公司为例

摘要

Although in recent years,the Chinese logistics industry,the third party logistics industry in particu-lar,has witnessed rapid development due to continuous and fast economic development of the country,occurrence of certain problems largely hinders the development of the third party logistics. Goods damage and goods missing re-fers to the damages or missing of commodities in the process of logistics,which is commonly occurring and leads di-rectly to a sequent of serious results such as claims to large amount of compensation,damage of client relations and company image. It has become a critical issue for the third party logistics companies as to how to solve the problem of goods damage and missing. This paper provides the case study of Sichuan Y logistics Corporation,examining the causes of goods damage and missing of the company,and proposing corresponding reform and solution.%近年来，随着国家经济的持续快速发展，我国的物流产业尤其是第三方物流产业也随之迅猛发展，但一些问题的出现极大地阻碍了第三方物流产业的发展。货损货差是指在物流运营中由多种因素造成的货物损坏或丢失，是企业经营过程中普遍存在且后果严重的问题，将直接导致巨额索赔、损坏客户关系、破坏公司形象等一系列恶劣后果。如何解决货损货差问题，已成为第三方物流企业亟待解决的重点和难点。本文以四川Y物流发展有限公司为例，结合该公司实际情况分析其货损货差原因，并针对这些问题提出相应的改革和解决措施。
