参附注射液治疗休克的作用

摘要

Objective :To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect and safety of western medicine plus Shenfu injection versus simple western medicine in shock patients .Methods :Such database as VIP(1990 to 2010) ,CNKI(1990 to 2010) , CBM (1990 to 2010) ,PubMed and relevant journals were searched ,and the literature of randomized controlled trials comparing the combination of western medicine and Shenfu Injection with simple western medicine in shock patients was included .The quality of studies was evaluated according to the methods of the Cochrane Collaboration ,the data were extracted ;and meta-analyses were performed with RevMan4 .2 software .Results :Ten trials involving 451 patients were included .The results of meta-analyses showed that compared with the simple western medicine treatment ,the combination of western medicine and Shenfu injection therapy significantly improved the symptoms ,clinical comprehen-sive effect(OR= 2 .35 ,95% CI 1 .52 to 3 .65 ,P<0 .000 1) .Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combining western medicine with Shenfu injection therapy on shock patients is better than that of simple western medicine treatment .%　　目的：系统评价西药常规加参附注射液与单纯西药常规比较治疗休克的临床疗效及安全性。方法：计算机检索VIP（1990．01-2010．12）、CNKI（1990．01-2010．12）、CBM （1990．01-2010．12）及PubMed数据库，并手工检索相关杂志，搜集西药常规加参附注射液与单纯西药常规比较治疗休克的临床随机对照试验，按照纳入与排除标准选择文献、评价质量、提取数据，对总体治疗有效率采用RevMan4．2软件进行Meta分析。结果：疗效评价共纳入8个临床随机对照研究共451例，其中治疗组250例，对照组201例。M eta分析结果显示，西药常规加参附注射液与单纯西药常规治疗比较：提高临床综合疗效[OR＝2．35，95％ CI（1．52，3．65），P＜0．0001]。结论：西药常规加参附注射液较单纯西药常规治疗休克可进一步提高临床疗效。
